7.1 By placing an order with us you agree to the delivery terms described below.
7.1a Next day delivery is available for UK mainland addresses on orders placed before 2PM, Monday to Friday. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and other remote or offshore locations may take longer and additional surcharges may apply. Please note we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your area is affected.
7.1b Free delivery applies to orders with a subtotal of £50.00 or more. Orders below this threshold are subject to a delivery charge as displayed at checkout.
7.2 Orders of individual salt blocks (8kg) and single bags of salt tablets (25kg) are dispatched as boxed items via courier.
7.3 You will be emailed a dispatch confirmation once your item has been shipped.
7.4 Box deliveries will be delivered to your door in the usual manner by the courier.
7.5 It is vital that you read and understand all of the kerbside delivery terms before you place a pallet order. Failed delivery due to incorrect information may result in you being charged for the delivery plus any return costs we incur.
7.6 ALL pallet deliveries are to kerbside only. This means the pallet will be left in front of your property at the delivery driver's discretion.
7.7 If you ask the driver to bring the pallet onto your property, this will be entirely at your own risk. We will not be held liable for any damages caused.
7.8 Should you not be present at the time of delivery, the pallet will be left at kerbside and will then be entirely your responsibility.
7.9 All pallet deliveries are completed by haulage subcontractors. Deliveries are contracted to kerbside only — delivery onto the property is at the sole discretion of the driver/haulier on the day.
7.10 Your order will be lowered by tail lift and delivered by pump truck to outside your property. Most deliveries are completed on an 18-tonne vehicle (approximately 2.8m wide × 4m high × 11m long including tail lift), similar in size to a refuse vehicle.
7.11 You must take into account any overhanging branches, narrow roads, uneven roads, and anything else that may prohibit the driver from accessing your property or completing the delivery.
7.12 Delivery refusal by the haulier due to access issues may result in a penalty charge if prior information has not been given accurately. If you have any doubts or questions regarding delivery access to your property, please contact us before placing your order.
8.1 We take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. All exchanges and returns are subject to the product being returned in the same condition it was received in.
8.2 You will be liable for the cost of transport for the product to be returned to us.
8.3 Due to the size and nature of our products, once an order has shipped it cannot be amended. You will need to request an exchange or return. If you place an order by accident or order the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
8.4 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution.

10.2 You may not without our prior written consent assign, transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
11.1 If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
11.2 If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
